As my readers know I love to use bikes for transportation in many ways. And I try to encourage people to pick up on the activity because it is simply good for you. In fact, I try to post on bicycles and accessories that I think you would enjoy. Today I am going to speak on how you can use smoothe gear shifting by enjoying Schwinn’s EZ shifters.
Schwinn, The Bike To Consider

While I was shopping around I ran into the Schwinn bike and the gears caught my attention. On my Mongoose bike, I have twist shifters which were okay but took some adjusting to in able to perform smooth gear changes. The first time I rode it I was in love.
Instead of twisting it just take your finger to execute a gear change. You pull it and it changes to the next bikes gear. You want to go back down you trigger another lever and it does the same backtracking. No more trying to do a perfect twist in which sometimes you blow your shift taking you off stride.
I would like to share this video with you to show just how the dynamics of the Schwinn EZ shifters will give you some smooth shifting below.
Are You Ready To Enjoy Them?

Volare has a 21-speed gear shifter with the Shimano rear derailleur making it a very smooth gear changing experience. It also has alloy brakes, linear pull brakes and high profile rims you are going to love.
Whether you are going to be riding to work, exercising, joy riding or group riding with friends or family you are going to love the ride this bike gives you. Buy it now by Clicking Here or simply going to Ron’s Cycle Plus on this site.

My son and I just moved from Texas to Florida. We left pretty much everything behind, because quite honestly it would have just been too hard for the two of us to move everything, not to mention the cost. Bicycles are one thing that we left behind, and we have been looking at them here. I like the idea of the easy shifters. And the ones we left behind were Schwinns. I have always felt that they are a good brand. The bikes you have listed here are much cheaper than what I have been looking at locally. I really never thought to order them online, but these days you can pretty much order anything online.
And usually, you can get a better price ordering online if you can stand waiting. I think most people that don’t order online like to get their product right now. But if they want to save some money they will find that ordering online is a great way to go. I hope you find the bike you want.
A great review, and great timing as I am in need of upgrading my bike. And sadly, I’ve been having major gear issues with mine too. Thanks for the insight.
Did you have the twist shifters also? I think you should give this one a try. I can guarantee you will love the way they operate.
Nice review, looks like a great ride.
I haven’t had a bike for a while now, but when I saw this it’s made me want to get back into it.
How much use do you think I would be able to get out the Schwinn?
What I do is take mine in every year for a tune-up. This way you won’t have any unexpected problems. If you take care of a bike it can last you years. The answer is it depends on how you take care of it.
Hi Ron!
As I have pretty many mountain bike marathons under my belt. And what I can say from my own experience, is that the shifters have to be quality made to enjoy competitions. These easy shifters are with a really quick response and It’s pretty hard to understand how I was able to ride with those twist shifters that you had to turn. It wasn’t the most comfortable way to shift gears, 🙂
Good article overall.
Erik
It is great to have the response of someone who rides in competitions to give a great input on products. A lot of our average riders get a lot of insight from these kinds of comments. I really appreciate it. And thanks for the comment on the article as well. I try to be as informative as I can.
