Bike riding can be for getting in shape or riding for the enjoyment of the great outdoors. Where we live there are many different areas that would make for an adventurous ride. For some, long distance bike riding seems too difficult and blocks us from even trying. In this post, I plan to explain how E-bikes make distance the thing of the past.
What if you felt like it has been a long time since I rode a bike?

This is the first question that will deter you from getting out there and feeling what riding can offer you. Some people might remember that first fall and say not again. Then some might remember, man I got tired trying to keep up with the pack when we rode to the museum that weekend.
Well, cycling does give you some cardio workout when you ride as well as some other physical work out like your legs, core (mid-section) and even your arms. The great thing is that it is all low impact so if it has been awhile, you are older and the older body can appreciate the low impact.
What can help with enjoying riding once again?
Finding out what will be new and exciting is a start. If you have not ridden in a while it would be exciting to re-experience it again. It might even be all new to you because you really never tried riding for the adventure in it but only for the fun of it.

What better way to add some new experience than trying the new versions of cycling with the e-bike? I raise this question because you will be adding something new, which is always fun, and at the same time removing any doubt that you may not physically be able to handle it.
How will E-bikes do that?
The first thing is that you won’t have to worry about not being able to physically ride for a long period of time, and you will start finding ways to enjoy it. E-bikes are pedal assisted which means you can pedal and use the motor when you want to. A lot of people think that because of the name E-bikes it means you ride motorized all the time.
Now you are able to enjoy a more covered area of riding and enjoying more sites. All of this while getting some exercise, doing something different and not worrying if you can physically handle it. Who knows, you might even come up with other ways that you enjoy riding on E-bikes.
Is it easy for me to get one and start riding?
It is as simple as getting any other bike. You can go through Amazon in which that is where you would receive it from buying it from Rons Cycle Plus which is associated with this website. There you will see different ones with different prices.
Below is a video to show you someone who purchased an Ancheer Power Plus E-bike.
I hope this post showed you how you can utilize E-bikes to make long distance riding a thing of the past and remove your fear of not being able to physically handle bike riding and how it can bring some fun to your days as well.
Feel free to leave any questions or comments in the comments section below. I will try to resolve any thoughts you might have on the matter.
I did not know all of that about E-bikes. I’m definitely one of those people who want to get into riding bikes but just don’t know where to start, and I think I finally have a good place!
How easy is the upkeep and care for these bikes? Specifically, will I need to carry around a pack of essential tools just for this type of bike to keep me rolling?
Thanks for the info!
It always pays to have tools if you are riding long distance no matter if it is an e-bike or traditional pedal bike. Since I have had mine I have had no breakdowns that required me to fix anything on the spot. The upkeep is the same as any other bike. The only difference is you have a motor-hub and a Lithium battery. For me, I found the upkeep no different than a regular pedal bike.
I saw one of these for the first time while in Barcelona. Although I didn’t pull the trigger on one because the price was a little more than a traditional bike, I think these will be so cool once they become more popular and inexpensive. Plus, it’s a lot more relaxing riding one of these on a boardwalk than trying to pedal!
They are pedal assisted so if you want to use your own power you can. The key is to get it to where you can ride without the motor and use it only when you need that extra boost like on hills or you just get tired. Click here to see a review on one that is pretty affordable.
I see these e-bikes around town sometimes and I think they are very neat. Thank you for this informative review. I’ll have to check them out more. I do miss riding and it haven’t gone for a ride in a long time!
Since you been off of the bike for awhile an e-bike can help you re-train your body into bike riding again. I use for mine for my business but I also ride it to work. And I have gradually built up to using the motor very sparingly.
Thanks for the share. These bikes are awesome, I had a friend who spoke about this a lot as she is a big bike rider.
Thanks.
My pleasure. There are many people who have not heard of or looked into E-bikes so I try to provide the information to allow them to make a conscious decision on purchasing one.
